This two day course combines our successful and comprehensive two-day Section 12 induction course with our Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards training. The course has been designed in collaboration with the East Midlands and Yorkshire Section 12 Approval Panel and is accredited for practitioners requiring approval for the first time under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act. It also fulfils requirements for approval as a DoLS Mental Health Assessor.
