This joint NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and Healthcare Events Conference will provide lessons on how The Productive Mental Health Ward can be implemented effectively across a variety of sites and different mental health care settings. NHS Mental Health organisations will share their knowledge and experience of implementing the programme and the successes they have achieved for patients and staff. The conference will conclude with an outline of the new impact measurement tool that will be made available to mental health organisations in 2010.
