Fourth Annual Partnership Conference
The conference debate, held in partnership with the BMJ, will explore tensions between cutting costs and improving quality of health care. Two teams of clinicians and academics will debate the motion:
'This House believes that the NHS will not be able to cut costs without substantially damaging the quality of health care.'
